Taj Fort Aguada Beach resort was built on the ramparts of a 16th century Portuguese fortress, overlooking the Arabian Sea. Roofs were built using Bison boards of just 4 mm. thickness and wooden batons were fixed over these boards to place mangalore tiles. Membrane waterproofing was successfully done over the Bison board roofs.
