Sheet Membrane

The Membrane is a plastic reinforced bituminous waterproofing sheet having multi layers of plastic, modified bitumen and polyester/fiber glass mat. It has a center core of high molecular high density polyethylene which is by itself waterproof & the efficacy of the system does not age with time as the product is plastic based.

Liquid Membrane Waterproofing

The coating is a high performance, liquid-applied waterproofing membrane. It has inherent flexibility that allows the membrane to accommodate movements in the substrate. It works as a seamless membrane that performs and adapt to any construction requirements in varied climatic conditions.

Polyurethane Coatings

Elastomeric polyurethane waterproofing coating forms a permanent elastic membrane with no pores. Its continuous exposure to water will not lead to the membrane’s degradation.

Crystalline Coatings

Crystalline waterproofing is a technology that involves the development of crystals to help achieve watertight concrete structures. It is a waterproof coating for concrete, or an integral admixture for concrete, for use in both above and below grade applications.

Polymer Coatings

Acrylic Polymer Waterproof Coating is a modified acrylic hybrid system which has many uses like waterproofing of toilets, sunken portions, roofs, swimming pools, water tanks, asbestos roofs, terraces, china chips terraces, etc. It can also be used for crack repair, and rehabilitation projects.

Polyurethane Grouting

Polyurethane grouts are used to stop active leakages in RCC structures. They are well suited for basements, water holding tanks.

Brick Bat Coba

Brick bat coba waterproofing is the oldest method, the procedure of which involves laying brickbats on the flat concrete roof and grouting the same with waterproofing compound with a slope to drain the surface water.

China Mosaic

China Mosaic finish on Brick Bat Coba.

Box Type Waterproofing

This type of waterproofing system is used for basement waterproofing or structures below the ground level from outside to prevent leakages of subsoil water into the basement.

Expansion Joint Treatment

Expansion Joint : An expansion joint or movement joint is an assembly designed to hold parts together while safely absorbing temperature-induced expansion and contraction of building materials, and vibration, or to allow movement due to ground settlement or seismic activity.

Building Rehabilitation and Restoration

Complete rehabilitation of residential or commercial structures including RCC repairs, waterproofing, replastering, retrofitting, plumbing, etc.

Polymer and Epoxy Grout treatments

Epoxy Joint filling followed by waterproofing coating is used to seal natural stone joints and to fill joints between the tiles.

A mixture of cement, sand and water, sprayed over reinforcement with high pressure.

Corrosion Prevention Systems

Membrane is also used as anti-corrosive treatment for underground pipes as the membrane will not decay or decompose.
