Taj Fort Aguada Beach resort was built on the ramparts of a 16th century Portuguese fortress, overlooking the Arabian Sea.
Roofs were built using Bison boards of just 4 mm. thickness and wooden batons were fixed over these boards to place mangalore tiles.
Membrane waterproofing was successfully done over the Bison board roofs.

The magnificent Chowmahalla Palace was built over 200 years ago – it was once regarded to be the center of Hyderabad. Such a prestigious contract awarded to us, is a testimony to our quality and excellence.
The entire roof of the palace was cast with lime and sand without RCC. Aluminium finish membrane waterproofing system was done by us in 2004.

Falaknuma Palace is one of the finest palaces in Hyderabad. The Taj group has taken over the palace on lease, and work is afoot to convert it to a 5-star hotel.
Terrace waterproofing was done by us in 2005.
